Is Silver the new Gold?

Have you noticed that there are quite many cool bands with word "Silver" in their name.

Silverhead, Silver Ginger 5 (best of these IMHO), Silver Star and the Jukebox Angels, Silver Sun, Silvertide (well, don?t know if they?re THAT cool) and Silver.

Some more?

Silver must be the new Gold.

Silvertide is pretty friggin' cool in all reality.

Ya think maybe Jet Silver was that far ahead of the curve???

So you?re saying that I should actually listen that Silvertide EP [img]smile.gif[/img] ? Well, I only bought it yesterday, and listened it only once, gotta do it again.

I haven?t heard anything about Jet Silver, tell me more!

Jet was/is the old vocalist from Bang Gang.

Yeah, Silvertide is a pretty good band in the pure RnR style of things. Nothing really Glam about them, but that is all cool in my book. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

Actually I didn?t put them in any order, I just happened to have Silverhead?s "16 and savaged" playing, and was thinking about Silver Star and the Jukebox Angels, when it hitted me that there?s quite many of bands with "silver" in their name...Bob Seger is familiar (his old stuff rocks!), Silverchair is not my favourites, but those others I haven?t heard about.
